Scheduling utility

Plan dates, workdays, and time zones in one place

Add an offset, compare inclusive and exclusive durations, paste only the holidays that apply, and make daylight-saving changes visible before sharing a schedule.

Dates and assumptions

All calculations run locally in your browser. Calendar and workday counts include both endpoints; the result makes the difference explicit.

How this calculator counts

Elapsed duration is the difference between the entered clock values. Calendar-day counts use date boundaries, so they remain useful when start and end times differ. The workday count follows the weekday boxes and only excludes holiday dates you paste.

For time zones, the start is interpreted in the selected source zone and displayed at the same instant in the comparison zone. If a local clock value is missing or repeated during a daylight-saving transition, the tool calls that out.
